My trip to Vietnam was absolutely exceptional, and I'd like to share some of my impressions. It was a perfect vacation in every way! From day one, everything was perfectly organized, with attention to every detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, and the atmosphere in our group of women made every day full of laughter, conversation, and positive energy. We had daily massages, delicious food, extraordinary company, and beautiful places. We rode scooters in bustling Saigon. In charming Nha Trang, we had massages and went shopping. The picturesque Ninh Van Bay was the perfect setting for videos and Instagram photos. The villas with private pools in Ninh Van Bay were fabulous.

The most extraordinary moment was my milestone birthday at the L'Alya Hotel. It was a surprise party on the beach, complete with a live concert and a singer singing "Parole" in Vietnamese! It was absolutely incredible; a moment I'll never forget.

This trip to Vietnam was wonderful: full of relaxation, adventure, and joy. I wholeheartedly recommend the professional and friendly service of this travel agency. CARTER, who organized it all. This is the third time my vacation dreams have come true with the same agency, and it probably won't be the last.

Thank you very much to the company CARTER for organizing our trip to Namibia and South Africa. We will remember it for a long time, not only for the nature, animals, and excellent cuisine, but above all, for the efficient, safe, and on-time transfers between each point of our trip. Fantastic Carter office – organizing unforgettable trips! I regularly use trips organized in the traveling mode with my friends, which allows us to visit the most interesting places. We were in the Moroccan Atlas Mountains, by the ocean and in a luxury campsite in the heart of the desert. The hotels offered are unique, exceptional, atmospheric, and most importantly with a local atmosphere and great, traditional cuisine. A well-prepared program included, in an incredibly short time, just 5 days, taking advantage of various attractions, swimming pools, swimming in the ocean, massages, mountain trips, intimate dinners in a unique setting, and even surprising birthday surprises, which will forever be remembered in my memory, in my heart and for which I sincerely thank you! We wish you further success and we are looking forward to the next trips! 🙂

I was lucky to be with Carter twice on my trip - once in Tuscany, once in Dubai. Both trips were wonderful. In Tuscany, a very nice, atmospheric guesthouse. And in Dubai, a beautiful hotel complex. During both trips, I felt totally taken care of, and I was with a small child. I also had an unpleasant experience with a credit card not being accepted, and then the office helped me in the middle of the night! I recommend it veeeeery much! Oh, and they arranged last-minute childcare for me! I recommend it even more!

In mid-February, my fiancée and I took a week-long trip to Sri Lanka through the Carter office. The trip coordinator was Mr. Grzegorz. From the beginning of our cooperation, we felt that this was a different quality. A meeting in the business room at the company's headquarters allowed us to plan the trip both in terms of location, finances and logistics in terms of tickets and transfers. Documentation and check-in were exemplary on time. Constant connection with Mr. Grzegorz as part of the concierge care gave us a sense of comfort and security every day. A corner of the world unknown to us, wilder and full of naturalness, which combined with the high quality of the hotel made it a definitely successful trip. We highly recommend and thank you!

I would like to thank you very much for recommending Hotel Lujo, it was the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. And we've done a lot of them in different parts of the world. Food in restaurants at the level of world restaurants such as Nobu or Nusr-et. A beautiful facility. Countless attractions for children. Service always on standby.

Additionally, my husband and I have not met with a travel agency like this yet CARTER. Mr. Artur adjusted the departure date to our busy schedule. We received all the documents needed for the trip by courier a few days before the planned vacation. Throughout the entire vacation, he wrote to us whether we were satisfied and, what's more, he sent us interesting facts about the place we were at.
