Mont Cerin Palace is a luxury hotel offering its top-class services since 1852. It was created by Alexander Seiler, who noticed the potential of the Alpine village of Zermatt. In winter, Le Restaurant invites you to dine, where you will be delighted with exquisite dishes and a wide selection of wine. Perfectly prepared meats are served in Grill Le Cervin, and Japanese dishes in Myoko Restaurant, awarded 13 points in the Gault&Millau guide. The cherry on the cake is Ristorante Capri, awarded 17 points in the same guide and 1 Michelin star for excellent Mediterranean dishes.
