It is located on the private, natural island of Maamunagau in the Raa atoll, one of the most beautiful in the Maldives. The hotel is approximately a 35-minute seaplane ride from Male International Airport. Transfers are also available, including a 20-minute seaplane flight from Male to Dharavandhoo Regional Airport and a 35-minute speedboat ride to the hotel. Near the island of Maamunagau there is Hanifaru Bay, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, which is a biosphere reserve where giant manta rays live.
