The facility, considered one of the best resorts in the Abu Dhabi area, invites you to its villas scattered among the lush savannah. Guests will spend time in a truly magical setting, after waking up they may see a gazelle, then go on a luxurious safari to the reserve, and upon their return they will be delighted with dishes referring to the best African traditions. The reserve was created by Sheikh Zayed ibn Sultan Al Nahajjan. During trips to the reserve, you can observe the endangered Arabian oryx and a variety of free-living animals, including cheetahs, hyenas, ostriches and giraffes.

By going on guided hikes on the eastern part of the island, you can get close to the animals at a very short distance. It is also worth visiting at least some of the 42 archaeological sites and learning about the history of the island, which has undergone a transformation from a place covered with salt domes from 20 million years ago into a lush, green area.
