On the Trail of Faith + Dead Sea

We invite guests on a luxurious expedition along the Trail of Faith through Israel, during which travelers will visit the most important places related to the beginnings of Christianity. From Caesarea, where Herod had his palace, through the places where Jesus lived and taught - Nazareth, Galilee and the Sea of ​​Galilee, to Jerusalem itself. In each of these places, guests will be under the care of a personal guide. Finally, we will invite them to relax at the Dead Sea.

Trip plan:

1 Tel Aviv

At the Tel Aviv airport, guests will be met by a representative of the office, in whose company they will go through passport control and border control with accelerated VIP Priority Line check-in. Once they have collected their luggage, a personal driver will take the guests to the hotel on offer CARTER. After settling into a comfortable room, the rest of the day is devoted to rest after the trip.

2 Tel Aviv – Galilee

After breakfast, in the hotel lobby, guests will meet a Polish-speaking guide, with whom they will travel in a comfortable car along the picturesque coast of Tel Aviv to the historic Old Jaffa, one of the oldest ports in the world. Thousands of years of history, beautiful architecture, historic churches, antique shops and galleries, and a picturesque fishing port are the greatest attractions of this place. After leaving Tel Aviv, guests will set off along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea - an ancient city and port, the seat of Herod the Great. We invite you to walk and visit Herod's palace, the Crusader citadel, the Roman theater and the aqueduct. Guests will then be transported along the coast road to the city of Haifa. They will visit the Bahai Sanctuary, the Persian Garden, and admire Mount Carmel and the Bay of Haifa. The next destination will be Old Acre (Acre) - a city where East and West meet, new and old, beauty and ruins, creating a unique and mystical atmosphere. Guests will see, among others: Turkish baths, a caravanserai (a place of rest, replenishment of supplies for merchant caravans and pilgrims traveling along the Silk Road), a citadel, and defensive walls. They will also see the remains of the underground city of the Crusaders - a complex of halls used by the Knights Hospitaller Order, where they can learn about the extraordinary effects of archaeological exploration. Then transfer to Galilee, hotel accommodation and dinner.

3 Sea of ​​Tiberias, Upper Galilee and Golan Heights

After breakfast, accompanied by a personal guide and driver, guests will set off on another fascinating tour. It will be a drive along the Sea of ​​Galilee (Tiberias), which played an important role in the early years of Christianity. This is the place where Jesus lived, taught and performed miracles. Then the guests will reach Capernaum, called the City of Jesus in the New Testament. There is one of the oldest churches in the world here, as well as a monumental ancient synagogue. This was also the place where Peter lived during the period when Jesus performed miracles. The next stop on the journey will be Tabha, where the miracle of the multiplication of fish and bread by Jesus took place. Guests will also visit the renovated Benedictine church, built in the same style and according to the same principles as the original one. On the Mount of Beatitudes you will be able to see the place where Jesus preached. It offers beautiful views of groves of palm trees and magnolias, but above all of Lake Tiberias, the ruins of Capernaum and Tabhi. Then, drive along picturesque trails leading through the Golan Heights. After the tour, return to the hotel.

4 From Galilee through the Jordan Valley to Jerusalem

On this day, we offer a fascinating full-day trip. It will begin with a drive to Nazareth, the cradle of Christianity, the city where the archangel Gabriel appeared to Mary with the news that she would conceive by the power of the Holy Spirit, as well as the place where Jesus spent his childhood and youth. Guests will cross the Jordan Valley to Bet She'an, a city located between the Jordan Valley and the Jezreel (Yizre'el) Valley, also called Scythopolis, which, due to its favorable location at the crossroads of trade routes, was part of the union of cities - Decapolis. They will also visit Gan Gooro, an extraordinary place - a park showing Australian nature in Israel. A visit to the Galita chocolate factory is also planned (as an option, before visiting Bet She'an). Then, through the Jordan Valley, guests will reach Jerusalem. 5 Jerusalem, Old City

Another wonderful day, full of unforgettable experiences. After breakfast, guests will go with a guide to the Mount of Olives to admire beautiful views of ancient Jerusalem. Separated from the Eastern Mount (Temple Mount and City of David) by the Kidron Valley, the Mount of Olives has always occupied an important place in the landscape of Jerusalem. From the third millennium BC to the present day, this hill has served as one of the main burial places. It is also the place of the ascension of Jesus Christ. Then visit the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations. The surprise for those who come to the Garden of Gethsemane is that the old, gnarled olive trees were already growing when Jesus arrived with his disciples on that fateful night after the Last Supper. The impressive Church of All Nations was built in 1920 on the foundations of earlier churches that witnessed memorable events depicted in the mosaics: Jesus praying in isolation, the betrayal of Judas, and the cutting off of the ear of the high priest's servant. The next stage of the trip will be a drive to the Old City and a visit to the Temple Mount. It is a holy place, like many others in Jerusalem, for Jews, Muslims and Christians. Once upon a time there was a great Jerusalem Temple here, today there are: the Muslim Dome of the Rock and the Al Aqsa Mosque. Guests will then see the Western Wall, part of the western wall of the Temple Mount complex. There is a large square adjacent to this part of the wall, allowing the faithful to pray nearby. Guests will walk through the 14 Stations of the Cross, up to Golgotha ​​Hill - the site of the crucifixion. It is located in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which they will visit. After these moments of reflection, guests will go for a walk around the colorful Arabic bazaar located within the walls of Jerusalem. Return to the hotel.

6 Jerusalem, new city – Dead Sea

After breakfast, guests will start the day by driving through the new city to admire its main attractions: the Supreme Court and the seat of the Knesset (parliament). They will visit the Israel Museum, the largest cultural institution in the country, with its Scroll Sanctuary, which houses the oldest biblical manuscripts as well as rare early medieval manuscripts. Adjacent to the Sanctuary is a model of Jerusalem from the Second Temple period.

Optional we also suggest a walk through Shuk Mahane Yehuda (food market). Then drive towards the Palestinian Authority. After crossing the border, visit the Church of Christmas in Bethlehem. It is the only Byzantine church that has survived many invasions and destructions. (Tour with a local Palestinian guide; passport required). Then a scenic drive along the Judean desert to the Dead Sea. In the afternoon, participation in the ancient Hebrew ceremony of Hebrew Hospitality and a camel ride in the heart of the Judean desert. Late in the evening, guests will arrive at their hotel on the Dead Sea.

7 Dead Sea

8 Dead Sea

In the morning it's time to relax at the hotel. After check-out, accompanied by a personal driver, guests will travel to Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. A representative will be waiting for them at the airport CARTER, in whose company they will undergo security check in and check-in.
