Dar Ahlam, or "House of Dreams" in Arabic, is a boutique, luxury hotel located on the edge of the desert among palm groves and almond trees. It is actually a former kasbah (fortress) built of packed earth and clay. However, it provides all modern conveniences. Exclusive rooms have a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains. The dishes are diversified by the hotel team to surprise guests every time and make each meal a memorable event. Guests at Dar Ahlam can expect specialties selected from a list of 450 exquisite recipes collected by several renowned chefs. All ingredients come from local suppliers and neighbors of this exclusive hotel, using traditional farming and breeding methods.

Dishes are served in comfortable, private places, e.g. in lush gardens. These gardens were designed by the famous landscape architect, Louis Benech, who created, among others, the Tuileries Gardens in Paris and restored the gardens of the Bosquet du Théâtre d'Eau at Versailles. Guests can relax in the cool swimming pool shaded by palm trees. During your stay, you can count on the help of a guide who will organize trips to the Rose Valley, famous for its beautifully blooming flowers, as well as to a 12th-century Berber village, where you can join a traditional tea ceremony at dusk. It is also worth visiting the area with picturesque gorges and mountains. Massages performed in candlelight rooms and a real hammam are also available.
