Ngare Serian

NgareSerian is part of a collection of unique boutique camps located in the privately owned 32-square-meter Mara North Wildlife Sanctuary in Kenya. ha. The word serian in the Maasai language means "peace" and ngare means "by the river". And in fact, guests live in spacious tents, built on wooden platforms above the Mara River, relax on terraces and admire the picturesque Oloololo escarpment. Interestingly, you can only reach the camp via a rope bridge suspended over the river. This already indicates that this is a place where you can completely break away from civilization - for example, there is no Wi-Fi signal here.

Since the property offers only 4 tents, it is a perfect option for a small group trip or family vacation in Kenya. All the more so because the guests have an off-road vehicle for their use, and during safari trips they are accompanied by a private guide and a tracker. It is worth emphasizing that it is difficult to find an equally professional team organizing a safari - the guides have been awarded several times in the "Best Safari Guiding Team" category at the Safari Awards. What can you see on safari? Ngare Serian is located in a perfect place to observe the Great Migration - the annual migration of thousands of animals, both herbivores and predators. Thus, you can see the most important species traditionally associated with the savannah.

The facility also specializes in activities tailored to guests' preferences. Fishing in the river? Getting to know the local culture? Balloon flight? Hiking at night? Photography workshops to capture the beauty of the bush? No problem - everything is possible.

However, if guests want to spend the night outside the tent or have dinner in a romantic place, there is a "tree house" nearby that will be perfect for this occasion. Cameras were also installed there to monitor what was happening in the bush at night.
