Namibia from a bird's eye view

An extraordinary, exclusive expedition invites travelers to extraordinary corners of Namibia, places rarely visited by people, places where nature still rules. From the decks of light aircraft and balloons, guests will be able to admire the wonderful beauty of Africa, unspoilt by civilization. They will visit, among others: Namib-Naukluft National Park, Skeleton Coast, exclusive Serra Cafema camp, Etosha National Park, Little Ongava and Damaraland.

Trip plan:

1 Windhoek – Little Kulala

After landing in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, guests will travel by plane to Little Kulala located in the desert, where they will spend 2 nights. Full board, local branded drinks and 2 excursions will be provided during your stay. The first is a day trip through the desert and hiking trails, including the Tsauchab River Trail, and viewing the Sossusvlei and Sesriem dunes. The second is an afternoon safari, during which guests have the opportunity to observe spectacular sunsets. For an additional fee, we offer a balloon flight to admire the beauty of the dunes from a bird's eye view while enjoying champagne.

2 Little Kulala Lodge

Early in the morning, before sunrise, guests will meet their guide in the hotel lobby and go to the place where the balloon will take off. During the one-hour flight, they will admire the beautiful landscapes of the Namib-Naukluft National Park. After landing in the middle of the desert, you will be served a champagne breakfast. Then, guests will return to the lodge, where unique attractions await them. One of the must-sees is viewing the Sossusvlei dunes in the light of the rising or setting sun. A 4×4 car ride to the foot of the dunes is planned and you will admire the shapes of the red giants. Guests also have the chance to see the oryxes, ostriches, jackals and otorion that inhabit these areas, and climb one of the dunes, e.g. the famous Dune 45, and admire the views from its top. The surreal Dead Vlei is also incredibly impressive, where the white of the dried lake contrasts with the red of the surrounding dunes and the black of dead trees. Of course, the Sesriem River canyon is also worth visiting.

3 Kulala Reserve – Swakopmund

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip and flight to Swakopmund by private plane. During the flight, guests will see the extraordinary Namibian Skeleton Coast, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the sea of ​​​​sands. Upon landing, they will be transferred to The Stiltz Lodge and accommodated. The afternoon was spent relaxing and walking around Swakopmund. The town with well-preserved colonial German buildings offers numerous restaurants serving delicious seafood, cafes, shops and endless sandy beaches. Thrill seekers will enjoy excellent conditions for sandboarding and skydiving, as well as quad rides in the dunes.

4 Swakopmund

In the morning, transfer to the marina in Walvis Bay, from where guests will embark on a private cruise on Walvis Bay (approx. 3,5 hours). They will be able to admire desert landscapes from the perspective of the ocean, as well as a huge colony of seals lounging on the shore and pelicans. They also have a chance to see other species of birds and meet dolphins living in coastal waters. There will be tasting fresh oysters with a glass of wine. In the evening, guests will enjoy a romantic dinner in the desert. The waiter will serve red and white wine and champagne so that they can fully celebrate special moments.

5 Swakopmund – Serra Cafema Camp

After breakfast, guests will go to the airport in Swakopmund, from where they will fly by private plane to Serra Cafema Camp, a luxurious and one of the most inaccessibly located camps in Africa. After arrival, a short drive to the camp and accommodation in one of 8 cottages on the bank of the Kunene River, whose green surroundings contrast interestingly with the raw slopes of the surrounding hills. Time for lunch and relaxation by the pool, and in the afternoon participation in activities offered by the camp staff, such as a visit to a Himba village, boat cruises on the river, 4×4 safari, nature walks, quad safari. In the evening, a romantic dinner "at the end of the world"...

6 Serra Cafema Camp

This day was devoted to enjoying the attractions prepared by the camp staff. We recommend visiting the Himba people, who have led an unchanged lifestyle for centuries. This meeting is an opportunity to learn about the customs of people from a distant era. Boat cruises allow you to admire lunar landscapes and see crocodiles and birds living on the river banks. During walks to observe nature, you can learn about the life of the smallest inhabitants of the desert, such as chameleons and spiders.

7 Serra Cafema Camp – Ongava reserve

In the morning, after breakfast, a flight by private plane from Serra Cafema to the Ongava private reserve. Upon landing, guests will be transferred to the hilltop Little Ongava Lodge. It is located 5 km from Etosha Little Ongava National Park and is one of the most luxurious accommodations in Namibia. It offers unique privacy, as there are only three double apartments in the camp. There is a large swimming pool and a thatched dining pavilion next to it, from which you can admire animals going to the watering hole. In the afternoon, time to relax or enjoy the camp's attractions included in the price of your stay: 3×4 safari in a private reserve or in the Etosha National Park, hiking trips under the supervision of an armed guide.

8 Little Ongawa

This day is planned for rest and enjoying the camp's attractions. A 4×4 safari in the Ongava reserve or Etosha National Park will allow you to observe many species of animals: lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and antelopes. If you're lucky, guests may even see a cheetah, leopard or black rhino. However, during walking safaris, guests encounter fewer animals, but can view them from a short distance, which guarantees an unforgettable experience.

9 Ongava Reserve – Damaraland

After breakfast, guests will leave the Etosha Park area. They will fly by private plane to Damaraland, near the Brandenberg mountain range in western Namibia, with the country's highest peak, Königstein, 2606 m above sea level. Accommodation in the comfortable Sorris Sorris Lodge and rest after the trip.

10 Sorris Sorris Lodge

A stay at Sorris Sorris Lodge will allow you to rest before returning to Poland, and at the same time see one of the most picturesque regions of Namibia - Damaraland. There are only 9 apartments available in the camp, which guarantees exceptional privacy. They are designed in harmony with the surrounding desert landscape, yet provide modern amenities. Guests can go on private guided hikes in the Brandenberg Mountains, as well as 4x4 expeditions into the Ugab River Valley in search of desert elephants, oryxes and other animals.

11 Damaraland – Windhoek

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and a chartered plane flight to Windhoek International Airport, from where the guests will fly to Europe.
