Madikwe Safari Lodge

It is also possible to travel off-piste and track animals in the bush during hiking trips. Expeditions are organized in the mornings when the air is crisp and in the evenings when the sky is filled with colors of blue, purple, pink, orange and red. This is when predators, not only big cats but also honey badgers, become most active.

A trip to Madikwe Safari Lodge is a great opportunity to observe birds. It is estimated that during a weekend visit in summer you can see from 180 to 200 species, and in winter from 120 to 150. They live here, among others: yellow-throated steppe, great bustard and lesser bustard. Two-colored thymus often fly over the camp.
