The Splendor of Africa

From Johannesburg, South Africa, travelers embark on a luxury safari through Botswana and Zimbabwe. From the extraordinary Okavango Delta, through the Moremi Wildlife Reserve and Chobe National Park, experienced guides will show you the wild face of Africa. Trip plan:

1 Johannesburg

After landing, guests will be transferred to the luxurious hotel The Michelangelo, where they will spend the night. Johannesburg is a vibrant city with a cosmopolitan atmosphere, rich in excellent restaurants, elegant boutiques and world-class shopping malls. Hotel rooms prepared for guests provide complete privacy, most of them have sunny private balconies with a wonderful view.

2-3 Okavango Delta

After breakfast, depart Johannesburg for Maun, Botswana. From there, guests will travel by light plane to the Belmond Eagle Island Camp, located in the rich bird habitat of the Okavango Delta, where they will spend 2 nights. If water levels allow, they will go on a leisurely hike around the delta.

4-5 Moremi Wildlife Sanctuary

After a morning meal and observing nature, guests will fly for the next 2 nights to the Belmond Khwai River Lodge camp, located in the Moremi Wildlife Sanctuary, rich in interesting animal species. The camp is an excellent place for bird watching and a base for safaris in open cars, from which you can admire lions and elephants. Afternoons are devoted to relaxing by the camp swimming pool. Night safaris are also organized. There is a spa center on site, where you can enjoy free massages.

6-7 Chobe National Park

In the morning, guests will once again be able to admire the awakening nature, and after the meal, they will be transported by plane to the Savute region in Chobe National Park. This region is one of the favorites of elephants and is appreciated for its unique ecosystem. During a two-day stay at the Belmond Savute Elephant Camp, guests, under the care of an experienced guide, will have the opportunity to observe wild animals up close. One evening, a private candlelight dinner will be prepared in front of each tent.

8 Victoria Falls

The day will start with a morning observation of nature and a meal. Then the guests will go to the airport, from where they will fly to Kasane by plane. From there they will travel to the town of Victoria Falls and stay at a hotel near the famous Victoria Falls. We invite you for a walk to the waterfalls, a wonderful sunset cruise and a helicopter flight over the waterfalls.

9 Johannesburg

Return flight to Johannesburg and overnight stay at the DaVinci Hotel & Suites.

10-12 Rovos Rail train

Transfer to Pretoria, from where guests will embark on the famous Rovos Rail luxury train route to Cape Town. The air-conditioned 2-person compartments are equipped with all modern comforts, and the interior of the train is very elegant. The 1600 km route leads through Kimberley - a city famous for diamond mining, where there is the largest depression dug by man. Arrival in Cape Town in the afternoon, just in time for tea at the elegant One & Only hotel, where guests will stay for 3 nights. The hotel offers a free spa treatment.

13-16 Cape Town

3 nights and 4 full days in Cape Town, among beautiful vineyards, in the shadow of Table Mountain, near Cape Point - the southernmost tip of Africa. During this time, guests will take a half-day tour of the city, see Table Mountain, and spend the whole day in the Cape Winelands. The whole day is also devoted to an expedition to Cape Point.

16 Cape Town

Transfer to the airport and return home.
