Papyrus Guest House is a charming property set in a beautiful garden in a residential area of ​​Entebbe, close to the airport and Lake Victoria. Another attraction is the Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary, which is home to 49 orphaned chimpanzees. The facility is managed by a non-governmental organization, Chimpanzee Sanctuary and Wildlife Conservation Trust (CSWTC), which works with the authorities and works to educate local communities. The shelter is located on an island where there are also huge varanus and various birds. On the northern shores of the lake there is the Entebbe Botanical Gardens, where you can take a walk and learn about various species of plants and birds (115 known species) and meet gerees and tree squirrels.
