Royal Chundu River Lodge

On the banks of the Zambezi River, Zambia

An exclusive lodge situated on the banks of the Zambezi River, from which you can go on safari and see a variety of animals, including black kobs, otters, hippos and crocodiles. These animals are worth admiring during kayaking trips. By going on a luxurious river cruise, you can admire breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. One of the attractions is a visit to the world-famous Victoria Falls, located only 30 km from the lodge.

The best way is to take a helicopter tour and see them from a bird's eye view. You can also swim in the most famous infinity pool, Devil's Pool, which is located right above the abyss. Guides can also take guests on cruises to observe a variety of local bird species. All these trips are a real treat for photographers. It is also worth visiting the villages of Mushekwa and Muluka, where local communities will be happy to present their traditions, customs and medical knowledge. The suites are located along the river, each has a wooden terrace ensuring privacy, from which you can observe the river nature; they have thatched roofs. The interior colors refer to the colors of the river and the surrounding nature.

Delicious meals can be enjoyed in the camp surrounded by a traditional African boma. There is also an exclusive spa that specializes in holistic treatments and great massages - therapists offer them both in suites and in outdoor areas, where guests will be accompanied by the sound of the river.
