Indiana Jones is a woman!

Are you dreaming of an extraordinary adventure in the heart of the Dark Continent? Would you like to stand face to face with a lion, track rhinos and admire the long neck of a giraffe? Or maybe you dream of a cruise on the Zambezi River in the rays of the setting sun and a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls? And in the evening, would you like to just relax under the inky sky in a luxurious hotel or an exclusive lodge with a glass of wine in your hand in the company of wonderful women?

If so, we have prepared this trip just for you. Zimbabwe and Zambia are still little-discovered African gems - thanks to this, the nature here is exceptionally untouched by human hands. Our route leads through the national parks and highlands of Zimbabwe, to the magnificent Victoria Falls on the Zambia side.

Matopo Hills (UNESCO) a place where culture and nature have always argued and fought for power, in the oldest and smallest national park in Zimbabwe. The hills have a mystical aura and have been considered sacred for thousands of years, with hundreds of caves filled with beautiful wall paintings. The landscape consists of granite formations with unusual shapes. Matopo is also home to Africa's most endangered animal - one of the few places where we can meet rhinos.

Victoria Falls on the Zambezi River, on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, is one of the greatest natural wonders of our planet. A combination of beauty and strength that can be seen and heard from a mile away.

Hwange National Park it is the largest wildlife reserve in Zimbabwe, with an area as large as Belgium. Huge spaces and diversity of fauna (bush, swamps, wetlands, steppes) make the Park considered a real treasure of Africa. The number of animals here is impressive - you can constantly hear the grunts of lions, the roars of hippos, the calls of zebras and the trumpeting of elephants, of which there are over 60 individuals in the park!

Trip plan:

1 Johannesburg, South Africa

Day 1 is the arrival day. A local representative will be waiting for you at the Johannesburg airport who will help you with your visa and passing passport control. Then the driver will take you to the Peermont Mondior hotel, where you will meet the Polish pilot and the other participants of the trip. Accommodation and time to rest after a long flight.

2 Matopo Hills, Zimbabwe

After breakfast, the ladies will go to the airport, from where they will take a domestic flight to Bulawayo. From the airport we will head towards the Matobo Hills. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. The landscape consists of granite formations
with unusual shapes that from a distance seem to be balancing on the edge. They are located in the oldest one
and the smallest national park in Zimbabwe. They have their own mystical aura. After checking into the lodge, you will go on your first afternoon safari and on the way back, if time permits, you will visit the Caves. The Matobo Hills have been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List because they contain the largest concentration of rock paintings in southern Africa!

In the evening, a welcome dinner under the starry sky.

4 Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

Breakfast and transfer to Hwange National Park. It is the largest wildlife reserve in Zimbabwe, with an area as large as Belgium. Huge spaces and diversity of fauna (bush, swamps, wetlands, steppes) make the Park considered a real treasure of Africa.
With any luck, a herd of elephants will come to the camp watering hole during lunch! It's an amazing sight - several dozen individuals wander to Khulu Lodge every day to bathe, play and quench their thirst.
In the afternoon, you will have a safari with an experienced guide. The number of animals here is impressive - every now and then you can hear the grunts of lions, the roars of hippos, the calls of zebras and the trumpeting of elephants, of which there are over 60 individuals in the park!
In the evening, after dinner, the ladies will sit by the fire to listen to the Guides' stories about adventures in the bush and the world around them, which they care about with heart and passion.

8 Victoria Falls National Park, Zambia

At. 07:30 ladies will meet the guide and go on a game drive to Mosi oa Tunya National Park - one of the most famous national parks in Zambia. Among the tropical forests and grasses you will look for wild animals, including giraffes, zebras, elephants and a small population of protected rhinos. The opportunity to relax at Anantara SPA will provide the desired relaxation after an eventful day.

3 Matopo Hills, Zimbabwe

After breakfast, the ladies will go to Matopo National Park, which is home to the most endangered animal in Africa. This is one of the few places where you can still meet rhinos. Once a completely extinct species, today under strict protection. The park is guarded by rangers who will accompany you on a walking tour in search of rhinos. It is an amazing experience to come face to face with these beautiful and gentle giants.

Lunch will be served upon your return. Then, on bikes, you will go to a nearby village, in the development of which the entire Amalinda Lodge team is very involved.

5 Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

In the morning, the ladies will go on a morning safari. It's the perfect time of day - nature comes to life. Return to camp for breakfast. Relax and enjoy the charms of the Khulu camp.
Hwange National Park is the Animal Kingdom and their home, and we, humans, are just a guest there - a voyeur.

6 Victoria Falls National Park, Zambia

After breakfast, drive to Victoria Falls. located on the Zambezi River, on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, it is one of the greatest natural wonders of our planet. A combination of beauty and strength that can be seen and heard from miles away! Border crossing between Zimbabwe
and Zambia is a bridge with spectacular views of waterfalls.
One of the most interesting attractions is a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. A perfect opportunity to capture elephants, giraffes and even rhinos observed from a boat while the animals share a watering hole. Drinks and snacks will be served on board - the perfect moment to admire a blood-red sunset on one of the most famous rivers in the world.

7 Victoria Falls National Park, Zambia

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Victoria Falls National Park on the Zimbabwe side. “Mosi-oa-Tunya” – “The smoke that thunders.” Inscribed on the UNESCO list in 1989, counted among the 7 wonders of the world - a beautiful and majestic curtain of water on the Zambezi River.
From a distance of 50 km you can hear the thunder of hectoliters of water flowing and fog rising in the air, creating interpenetrating rainbows. The trip lasts about 2 hours, then return to the hotel for lunch.
After lunch, you will have a helicopter ride - a perfect opportunity to admire Victoria Falls from a completely different perspective. Often called "Flight of Angels", an amazing journey over steaming clouds of water.
In the evening, we invite you to an amazing cultural experience combined with a delicious dinner - the so-called BOMA DINNER. Dinner based on local cuisine (rich buffet) combined with a performance by drummers. This is a very interesting experience, thanks to which you can get to know a range of local delicacies.

9 Victoria Falls National Park, Zambia

Check-out from the hotel and return flight to Poland or onward flight for rest - Mozambique, Mauritius, Cape Town....
