1. Cenotes

When taking you on a luxurious journey around Mexico, we cannot omit visiting a unique place in the world - Cenotes. These are deep underground limestone wells with crystal clear water. They were created many millions of years ago by a meteorite impact. Although meteorites continue to fall to this day, it is believed that this impact resulted in the extinction of the dinosaurs. There are over 6 Cenotes on the Yucatan Peninsula, but the deepest of all existing ones is about 339 m deep and is not located in this part of Mexico.
