Brazil – Luxury trip to the Land of Coffee

Brazil has almost always been a unique place on the map of travel enthusiasts. Each of us has some associations with The Country of Coffee, which to a greater or lesser extent influence his imagination. For one, it is scantily clad dancers vibrating to the rhythm of samba during the famous carnival in Rio, for another, the Amazon full of wild animals, for the third, it is football, and finally, Brazil is the only national team to have won the World Cup five times. Such examples could be multiplied for a long time, after all, we have not yet mentioned several other symbolic cities, favelas and golden beaches, most notably Copacabana. This proves that Brazil has become firmly entrenched in our consciousness and that is why it has been attracting crowds of tourists for years who want to see for themselves its natural and cultural wealth. No matter whether you want to laze around or plan some active sightseeing, Brazil is for you and we will help you discover it.

The greatest attractions of Brazil

Rio de Janeiro is certainly one of them, dominated by the Corcovado hill with the statue of Christ the Redeemer. In the past, it was the capital of the country. To this day, Rio remains his showcase. Famous for the carnival, as well as beaches - Ipanema and Copacabana, where locals spend all day sunbathing, playing football and volleyball. Rio's nightlife can attract anyone, which is hardly surprising - the warmth and openness of Brazilians is known all over the world. Some say that only the Iranians can compete with them in this respect.

Angra dos Reis and, above all, Paraty - towns lying on opposite ends of the bay, in the center of which is the island of Ilha Grande. The landscape of this region consists of hills covered with rainforest, iridescent ocean waters where you can meet huge right whales and Magellanic penguins, as well as long beaches, perfect for relaxation.

Iguazu Falls - located on the Brazilian-Argentine border, one of the most spectacular in the world, surrounded by a rainforest full of screaming parrots and toucans. The highest cascade of the waterfall is called Garganta del Diablo, or Devil's Throat. The water here falls from a height of eighty-two meters. But it is not the height, but the number of cascades and water masses that make the Iguazus make a huge impression on every tourist visiting them. In the region, we especially recommend the Belmod das Cararatas hotel, from which you can admire the waterfalls.

Amazonia, the richest ecosystem in the world, the largest rainforest in the world, through which the largest river in the world flows and several smaller ones, included in the top twenty of the ranking. In the heart of the Amazon lies Manaus, once the capital of the rubber empire, now a base from which tourists move to luxury lodges in the jungle. Each of them offers a number of activities, including observing wild animals. The most popular species living in selva include: piranhas, anacondas, caimans, toucans, macaws, sloths, capybaras and jaguars.

The Northeast of the country, famous for the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The two main urban centers in this region are Recife and Salvador. Both have charming colonial old towns. It is also worth mentioning the Maranhenses National Park, famous for its unique landscape in the world, which is a unique combination of colorful lagoons and desert dunes.

Individual sightseeing tours around Brazil

Brazil is a country with an extremely diverse culture, landscape and rich history. Individual tours around Brazil are a great opportunity to discover this country on your own and experience its beauty and amazing atmosphere. If you are planning a trip to Brazil, it is certainly worth starting your trip from Rio de Janeiro - a city famous for Copacabana Beach and the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer at the top of Corcovado. In Rio de Janeiro you can also visit the Sambodromo, where the famous carnivals take place, and the Escadaria Selarón, a colorful staircase built by an artist from Chile.

Another interesting place to visit is Salvador, a city famous for its Afro-Brazilian traditions and historic colonial architecture. In Salvador, it is worth seeing Pelourinho, a district that has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and the Afro-Brazilian Museum, which presents Afro-Brazilian history and culture. Then it is worth going to Manaus, a city located in the heart of the Amazon jungle. Manaus is the perfect place to start your adventure with the Amazon - you can rent boats here and go on a jungle safari, admiring unusual animals and plants. Last but not least, a place worth visiting during an individual trip to Brazil is Foz do Iguaçu, famous for the Iguaçu Falls, one of the most beautiful in the world. These waterfalls are located on the border with Argentina and are an impressive sight - the water falls from a height of over 80 meters, creating a huge water cloud.

By choosing individual tours around Brazil, you have the opportunity to adapt your travel plan to your own preferences and needs. You can decide how long you want to stay in a given place, what attractions are worth seeing and what route you want to take, which gives you complete freedom to travel. On individual tours of Brazil, you also have a greater chance to authentically experience the culture and lifestyle of the locals, because mass travel agencies often choose crowded tourist destinations where the culture and lifestyle are more commercialized. Moreover, by traveling individually, you have the opportunity to see places that are not available to tourists, but which may turn out to be real gems, which will allow you to get to know the true face of Brazil.

Holidays Brazil - tailor-made travel

Brazil is a year-round destination i well connected to airports in Poland and Europe. An individual tour of Brazil is the best way to spend your holidays in this beautiful South American country. When planning your sightseeing program, it is worth paying attention to the time change, as there is a 7-hour difference compared to Poland. After arriving in Brazil, it is good to spend one or two days "at ease", without overloading the program. If your flight is to Sao Paolo, you can consider a short break in one of Sao Paolo's best hotels with SPA facilities and a swimming pool, such as the Rosewood. By stopping for a short break in this beautiful place, you are guaranteed that your holiday in Brazil will be stylish and luxurious. Guests at Rosewood Sao Paolo can enjoy a variety of dining options, a jazz club and recreational facilities such as a fitness center and two outdoor swimming pools.

We strongly encourage you to explore Brazil without rushing, at your own pace, with an individual guide and driver. During your private tour, you have unlimited possibilities to privatize tourist attractions, for example: guests traveling from CARTER they have the option of taking the train to Mount Corcovado without other travelers, taking the cable car to Sugar Loaf Mountain. Think that this most famous cable car can also be exclusively at your disposal!

Holidays in Brazil – sightseeing and relaxation

To see the greatest attractions of Brazil, it is worth spending two or three weeks in this country. Amazon jungle is a place where you will find a beautiful lodge in the bosom of nature, on a spectacular river. However, a better place to observe wild animals will be the Pantanal, offering a wealth of unspoilt nature and over 700 species of birds. This biosphere reserve is on the UNESCO list.

Swampy Pantanal is a vast plain in South America that extends across the west-central area Brazil in the states of Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. This is the backwaters of the Paraguay River where you can admire capybaras, anteaters, armadillos and caimans, and with a bit of luck, also jaguars.

A holiday in Brazil in one of the best hotels on a sandy beach will be the perfect ending to your holiday.
