Finch Bay Galapagos Hotel

This exclusive hotel, part of the National Geographic Unique Lodges of the World™ group, is the perfect base for exploring the Galapagos Islands. It is worth going on a hike around the area to learn a lot about the geology, flora and fauna of the island. Particularly interesting is the Las Grietas rock formation, where the ocean has entered between two cliffs, you can dive in warm and crystal clear water.

Guests will see endemic animal species during kayak trips around the marine park. One-day yacht cruises with naturalists to nearby islands are also organized. Diving enthusiasts will find here some of the best conditions in the world to practice their favorite sport. In the waters surrounding the islands, you can encounter huge elephant turtles, sea lions, sharks, snake fish, manta rays, giant serioles and barracudas, as well as tropical fish, multi-colored sponges, moray eels and octopuses. There is a chance to come face to face with a marine iguana or hammerhead fish.
