Six Senses Bhutan

This is the latest project of the well-known and respected Six Senses hotel chain. Bhutan, a country inextricably linked with spirituality, nature and harmony, fits perfectly into her philosophy based on sustainable development. This time, the traditional idea of ​​creating one hotel in a unique place was abandoned. Instead, it was decided to use the beauty of nature and the unique character of the entire country, so the Six Senses Bhutan complex consists of 82 villas and apartments in 5 different locations.

All lodge are located in key places in the Kingdom of the Dragon, thus allowing you to explore the secrets of Bhutan, known for its original architecture, deep valleys and picturesque mountain passes. Each one has a unique style and a wide range of attractions. Thimphu was built on a slope, thanks to which it offers unforgettable views. Its guests can wander for hours through the forest-covered hills, where they will encounter numerous historic temples. Lodge in Punak'a offers a unique, rustic atmosphere, as well as the opportunity to see architectural gems, e.g. the palace of King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.

After crossing deep gorges, guests will reach lodge in the picturesque, rarely visited village of Gangtey, in the Phobjikha Valley. Fourth lodge is located in the Bumthang district, and during your stay in this easternmost facility you can visit, among others: Wangdichhoeling Palace. It provides a lot of attractions lodge in the Paro Valley - from here you can go, for example, to the Paro Taktsang temple complex. All lodge is united by a vision and decor drawing from the tradition of Bhutan, which is a unique combination of Himalayan folklore and Buddhism.
