Belmond Fleur de Lys – an extraordinary adventure in Burgundy

Offering exclusive holidays in Burgundy, the barge Fleur de Lys was built in 1941 in Belgium as a cargo barge. In 1986, she was rebuilt into a passenger ship. The equipment of this luxurious barge comes from as many as 22 countries. During an unforgettable holiday, guests can visit the historic city of Dijon, rural Vandenesse-en-Auxois, discover castles, vineyards and taste the best wines of the region. Not many barges can boast four-poster beds or a grand piano in the deck saloon. During a luxurious holiday, guests can not only discover the magic of Burgundy and the flavors of its wines, but - thanks to the company of the chef - the dishes of French cuisine at its best.

Thanks to the care of private guides, participants will have the opportunity to discover the best vineyards, visit the most important monuments and immerse themselves in the original local traditions of Burgundy, while the barge will sail on calm waters between wonderful towns and residences. Guests can feast al fresco on the deck of the barge or in the air-conditioned comfort of their own luxurious cabin.

Each cabin combines French sophistication with modern comfort. Guests will notice exquisite details at every turn - from the rich fabrics on the four-poster beds to the oak-finished ceilings, the interior aesthetic perfectly mimics the atmosphere of life on the waterways of France. 2 of the 3 cabins can be adapted at the guests' request - offering 1 double or 2 single beds.

There are 3 cabins on board, with areas ranging from 21,2 to 29,7 sq m. Each cabin has a spacious bathroom.
