Palazzo Seneca Relais Chateaux is an exclusive hotel with traditions dating back to 1850, when the first small facility in the area offering accommodation for merchants was built. Previously, there was a palace here, built in the 24th century. Currently, it is an intimate complex consisting of XNUMX luxurious rooms and apartments, simply and at the same time sublimely furnished, thanks to restored antiques and wooden furniture. Many rooms are equipped with bathrooms with ecru marble or black granite elements. Some have a unique view of the Monti Sibillini National Park.

The heart of this luxurious hotel is the charming and atmospheric Vespasia restaurant, specializing in exquisite cuisine combining tradition and modernity. Palazzo Seneca Relais Chateaux is furnished with works of Umbrian craftsmen. Dishes are served accompanied by soft jazz, swing and blues music. The chef willingly shares culinary secrets during cooking classes, focused mainly on the gastronomic traditions of Norcia. Foodies may also enjoy truffle hunting with a hunter and a dog. To fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area, it is worth planning a hike to the mountains in the mentioned national park.

An important point of the facility is the spa, located in the basement with a groin vault and historic stone floors. In an atmospheric atmosphere, experts take care of the guests' well-being through a variety of massages and treatments. There is also a relaxation area, a sauna and a color therapy tub.
