The luxurious hotel is located in the sports ski resort of La Thuile, the westernmost town of the Aosta Valley and famous for its beautiful view of the highest peak in Europe, Mont Blanc. Winter sports enthusiasts have access to 150 km of ski slopes, uncrowded and delightful with picturesque Alpine landscapes. The nearest ski lifts are only 400 m away. In winter, you can enjoy free transfers from the hotel to the ski lifts and back.

Inside the facility, guests will notice the best contemporary design and innovative materials hidden within the traditional architecture typical of the Aosta Valley. The luxury hotel places emphasis on nature conservation, which is why it uses a highly efficient Vissmann biomass heating system and energy-saving infrastructure. When the sun is shining, solar panels provide hot water, and LED lighting further reduces the ecological footprint. Architects from Studio del Portico in Milan were responsible for the design of the rooms. The rooms feature wood-themed wallpapers and decorative wood parquets, which, together with decorations in the form of deer heads, create a unique atmosphere. The windows of the rooms and suites offer views of the surrounding snow-capped mountain peaks.

In the common areas of the hotel, a cozy atmosphere was achieved by combining wood with stone and steel. The dishes served at the Chaveur restaurant are prepared with seasonal ingredients and allow you to discover the flavors of the region. The informal and stylish Bistro Alpino restaurant serves pasta, salads, soups and authentic Neapolitan pizza. After a day of skiing or trekking, you can relax in the Bar & Lounge, serving cocktails, beers and a selection of other drinks.

In the intimate atmosphere of the Cantina - the wine cellar - guests can taste wines or order a private candlelight dinner for up to 10 people. While swimming in the spa's heated pool, you can look out over the Ruitor Glacier. Montana Lodge & Spa is one of the best mountain hotels in Italy.
