Terms and general information:

• you must be a resident of any hotel in Mauritius for a minimum of 4 days;
• copies of documents must be provided at least 30 days before the wedding date (photocopy of passport, copy of birth certificate translated into English or French by a sworn translator, passport/ID photo);
• people getting married again must attach a divorce certificate or the spouse's death certificate (also translated by a sworn person) and documents on changing the surname
• in the case of a church wedding, the documents listed in general information are additionally needed.
