Jewels of India 4 days/3 nights

Luxury adventure in India's Golden Triangle.

During the trip, guests will visit the real gems of India. They will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the emerald jungle of Ranthambore, admire the luminous monuments and architectural wonders. On a unique route, they will stop at the wonderful icon symbolizing immortal love - the Taj Mahal, hunt tigers (with a camera), and meet Indian culture in Jaipur. The exciting "Jewels of India" expedition combines fantastic adventures with unparalleled luxury. The trip lasts four days, during which we will stop in a different unusual place every day.

Trip plan:

1 Delhi

The luxurious Maharajas' Expres train and its crew await guests at Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi. Here, guests will be welcomed royally and invited to an exquisite dinner in one of two themed restaurants on board the train - Mayur Mahal or Rang Mahal. At this time, the train sets off towards the extraordinary Mughal city - Agra.

2 Agra

The second day of the "Jewels of India" journey begins with a visit to the symbol of everlasting love - the mausoleum of the Mughal queen Mumtaz Mahal - Taj Mahal. Built between 1632 and 1643 of white marble, the Taj Mahal was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1983 as "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage." It is considered by many to be the best example of Mughal architecture and a symbol of India's rich history.

After visiting the Taj Mahal, we invite guests to an excellent champagne breakfast served on the terrace at the top of the Taj Khema. After breakfast, guests can visit the Itmad-ud-Daulah mausoleum, popularly known as the "box of jewels", the prototype of the Taj Mahal. If they so wish, they can choose an optional trip to Fatehpur Sikri, the ancient capital of the Mughals, which was founded by Akbar in 1571. Although the new fort and palaces delight visitors with their splendor, it may be surprising that in 1585 - 14 years after its foundation - the city was abandoned. In 1986, Fatehpur Sikri was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Lunch will be served in the luxurious interior of the Maharaja Express. After lunch, guests can explore the Red Fort of Agra or enjoy optional activities such as a spa treatment session at a 5-star hotel or private shopping with a guide. In the evening, guests can return to the train or watch the Mohabbat-e-Taj Show, which tells the romantic love story of Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. In the evening, guests can enjoy a variety of cuisines during a delicious dinner on board the Maharajas' Express. In the evening, the train departs for Sawai Madhopur, the first town that guests will visit in the royal state of Rajasthan on their journey along the gem trail of India.

3 Ranthambore - Jaipur

With each passing day, the journey on the luxurious Maharajas' Express train becomes more exciting - and the third day begins with the arrival in Sawai Madhopur. From here, guests will set off at dawn on a fascinating safari through the Ranthambore National Park, which was created to protect the former hunting grounds of Jaipur's rulers. Here they will have the opportunity to observe hunting tigers and many other species of mammals, birds and reptiles that have chosen this diverse area of ​​hills, between which sparkling rivers and lakes, as their home. Apart from tigers, you can see here, among others: crocodiles, hyenas, leopards, foxes and jackals. Back on the train, we invite guests for breakfast as the luxury train continues on its way to the last jewel on our route - the pink city of Jaipur. Before we get there, lunch will be served on the train. In Jaipur, visitors can visit Amber Fort, which is known for its artistic Hindu style elements. Its massive defensive walls rise above Lake Maota, which is the main source of water for the fort. Built of red sandstone and marble, the palace has four levels, each of which surrounds a separate courtyard. It consists of the Diwan-i-Aam (hall of public audiences), Diwan-i-Khas, (hall of private audiences), Sheesh Mahal (palace of mirrors) and Sukh Niwas, where the cool climate is artificially created by the wind blowing through the cascading waters inside the palace . The fort was the residence of the Rajput maharajas. In 2013, Amber Fort along with five other forts in Rajasthan was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Optionally, they can choose other attractions, such as spa treatments at a 5-star hotel in Jaipur or a trip to the City Palace and the ancient Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory, which houses the world's largest stone sundial and astrolabe - it is the best-preserved complex among ancient observatories Indian. In 2010, it was included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. On the "Jewels of India" tour, guests will soak up the wonderful atmosphere of past centuries by going to the Jai Mahal Palace, which was built in the middle of Lake Man Segar. Here they will have the opportunity to take part in exclusive activities with elephants. They will be able to decorate the elephants with traditional paints, feed them or go for a ride on one of them in royal style. At the end of the visit to the palace, they will be treated to a delicious dinner accompanied by traditional dance shows. In the evening, they will return to their luxurious compartments aboard the Maharajas Express. At night the train leaves for Delhi.

4 Delhi

Guests start the day with a delicious breakfast, after which it is time to say goodbye to the luxuries of Mahrajas' Express, taking with them memories of the extraordinary gems of India.
