For our office in Warsaw we are looking for experienced people for the position:
SPECIALIST FOR EXOTIC DESTINATIONS – VIP CUSTOMER
The duties of the employed person will include:
- planning programs for individual sightseeing trips and private leisure trips to exotic destinations
- sale of the office's offer: skillful sale of individual flight + hotel packages and additional travel-related services, such as trips, transfers, VIP check-in, etc.
- conversation with the client, analysis of preferences and discussion of program details
- completing travel documentation and monitoring its progress
- maintaining permanent relationships with clients
We wait:
- talent and experience in sales and the ability to conduct commercial negotiations
- VIP customer service experience preferred
- good knowledge of English, geography and air routes
- ability to work under time pressure and stress resistance
- efficient computer use and dynamic work organization
- enthusiasm, positive energy, availability and full commitment
- high personal culture
- responsibility for commissioned projects
- passion for exotic travels
