We leave the vineyards far behind and after a while we find ourselves in Angers.
Sarthe, boasting Le Mans, more widely known around the world for its 24-hour and rillette.The old town reveals its charming streets, wooden buildings and quaint little restaurants. Apart from rilletteswe have the opportunity to try another local specialty – flange, We drive through the Perche and Orne nature reserves. This is a region full of the local horse breed, the giant Percherons.
Finally, Versailles and its golden wonders, a beautiful palace, a park and a royal city.
