Ios is a medium-sized Cycladic island, located in the southeastern part of the Aegean Sea, between Mykonos and Santorini. It is worth trying Moussaka made in season with eggplant and tomatoes from the hotel's organic garden, and rolls with onion leaves with lemon foam, black seeds and spearmint emulsion. Food is served all day, and the extensive breakfast buffet includes everything from fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and local honey to delicious Greek specialties such as cheese cake and cream cakes.
