Grand opening in Q3 2026 – DON MAAGA MALDIVES

The intimate DON MAAGA MALDIVES resort will open in the third quarter of 2026. This project is aimed at those who are not looking for large hotel complexes, but rather a quiet place with greater privacy and a more personalized approach. The resort is located in South Malé Atoll, approximately 30 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport.

Private pool villas – luxurious waterfront and beachfront vacations

Accommodation consists exclusively of detached villas, located either directly on the sandy beach or on stilts above the crystal clear lagoon. Each villa is designed for maximum privacy, with outdoor terraces featuring private pools. The villas at DON MAAGA are among the largest in the Maldives, ranging from 515 to 7900 square meters. Each villa is cared for by a dedicated Edhurun, a personal caregiver inspired by Maldivian tradition.

Personalized menu and fresh seafood

The cuisine at DON MAAGA is based on high quality and variety.

A stay at DON MAAGA is focused on individual experiences, from daytime activities such as snorkeling, yacht cruises, dolphin watching, parasailing, jet skiing, fishing and trips to private sandbanks, to quieter evenings with outdoor dinners and movies under the stars, all complemented by music created by DJ Ravin, known for his Buddha-Bar project.

Category AETHER (overwater) includes water villas with east and west views and a two-bedroom AETHER Water PavilionEach features expansive terraces, large swimming pools, and distinctive waterfront architectural features, including 21-meter waterslides leading directly into the lagoon.

Category TERRA (beach) are spacious beachfront villas, including two- and three-bedroom configurations, with dual pools (freshwater and saltwater) and large living areas.

The whole thing is completed HIRIGAA Private Island – a five-bedroom private island, designed for families and VIP guests who expect complete privacy and personalized service.
