Our last visit took place in May 2022, the trip was in Qatar airlines business class, via Doha. We walked through the most beautiful places, touched 100-year-old turtles, and got to know the Seychelles islands in detail, such as Mahe, Praslin, La Digue, Denis Island, and Silhouette. From there we brought extensive knowledge about granite islands and the most luxurious hotels in the world. Every day we enjoyed fresh coconuts, mangoes, pineapple and rum, combined with colorful drinks, beautifully served with sunsets over the ocean. Postcard beaches, landscapes straight from travel agency catalogues, the smell of vanilla and sweet fruits and sea salt... the luxurious breeze from the sea woke us up every day, regardless of which island we landed on. The whole was complemented by exclusive hotel apartments, where we had beds with a canopy and a mosquito net.
After landing in Victoria - the capital of the Seychelles islands - our agents did not believe that it was possible to fly to a real paradise so easily and quickly and admire the fauna, flora and 10 shades of turquoise and emerald of the ocean. Pristine nature, unspoilt nature, clean beaches - this is just the beginning of the list of attractions that the Seychelles offer.
The huge fruits of the coco de mer coconut palm, which are part of the Seychelles emblem (Seychelles lodoicia), grow only on two islands, namely Praslin and Curieuse. We saw ancient turtles feeding on grass and plant shoots. hidden in the jungle of La Digue and Fregate Island. From the deck of the catamaran we observed dolphins and fish that can fly above the water surface!
