The restaurant offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area and the Maldonado River. The facility is located on a rocky hill, one of the highest peaks in the country. Designed by Isay Weinfeld, the Fasano Punta del Este restaurant combines the natural beauty of Las Piedras with the refined cuisine of the Fasano family. The hotel swimming pool is carved into a natural rock formation on a sloping hill. On the adjacent terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas provide a place to relax and enjoy the menu from the Poolside Bar.
