For our office in Warsaw we are looking for experienced people for the position:
TRAVEL AGENCY ASSISTANT – VIP CUSTOMER
The duties of the employed person will include:
- Assistance in the sales department, handling current office matters
- control and preparation of travel documentation
- issuing travel insurance policies
- assistance in running social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blog CARTER)
- creation and translation of travel programs
We wait:
- good knowledge of language spoken and written English
- efficient computer operation
- experience in a similar position is desirable
- social media skills
- enthusiasm, positive energy and conflict-free character
- high personal culture and responsibility
- reliability and meticulousness in keeping documentation
