Travel Agency Assistant - VIP Client

For our office in Warsaw we are looking for experienced people for the position:

TRAVEL AGENCY ASSISTANT – VIP CUSTOMER

The duties of the employed person will include:

  • Assistance in the sales department, handling current office matters
  • control and preparation of travel documentation
  • issuing travel insurance policies
  • assistance in running social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blog CARTER)
  • creation and translation of travel programs

We wait:

  • good knowledge of language spoken and written English
  • efficient computer operation
  • experience in a similar position is desirable
  • social media skills
  • enthusiasm, positive energy and conflict-free character
  • high personal culture and responsibility
  • reliability and meticulousness in keeping documentation
